Shipping Policy
At Youdiam Jewels (a brand by Earthium Exports), we offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged and insured to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.

Orders over $500 have free shipping. Orders under $500 have $35 shipping fee. UPS is the preferred carrier for Youdiam. International customers may be responsible for duties upon receipt (they are typically very low < $20-40 USD per item).

Youdiam is not responsible for any delays by customs or mail carriers.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.
Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
