Exchange & Buyback Policy

At Youdiam Jewels, we offer a Lifetime Exchange and Buyback Policy for all products sold from our site. These policies are subject to a quality review by our Quality Assurance team to ensure the product has not been tampered with, damaged, altered, or resized. Products that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Youdiam Jewels provides a Lifetime Exchange policy that allows you to upgrade or exchange your jewelry anytime. Our exchange values are calculated as follows:

  • Diamond Jewelry: Upto 85% of the current product price, excluding GST. (The exchange is on the total value without labor charges.) Any discounts or offers given during the original purchase will be deducted.

Important Notes:

  • Any discounts applied during the original purchase, including gift vouchers used, will be deducted from the exchange value.
  • Shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Required for Exchange:

  • Original product
  • Original invoice
  • Product certificate

If any certifications are missing, additional charges will apply for reissuing certificates.

Buyback Policy

Our Lifetime Buyback policy allows you to sell your jewelry back to Youdiam Jewels at competitive rates. The buyback values are calculated as follows:

  • Diamond Jewelry: Upto 75% of the current product price, excluding GST. (The buyback is on the total value without labor charges.) An additional 10% will be deducted from the buyback value.

Important Notes:

  • Any discounts or offers provided during the original purchase will be deducted from the buyback value.
  • Shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Required for Buyback:

  • Original product
  • Original invoice
  • Product certificate

Payments for buyback transactions will be made via RTGS or NEFT to the account name listed on the invoice. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your payment.
