Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy

At Youdiam Jewels, a brand by Earthium Exports, we offer a Lifetime Exchange and Lifetime Buyback Policy on eligible products purchased directly from our website.

All exchange and buyback requests are subject to an inspection by our Quality Assurance team. The product must be in acceptable condition and must not have been tampered with, damaged, significantly altered, or resized outside of Youdiam's authorized services. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for exchange or buyback.

Custom-made, personalized, or specially commissioned orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or buyback, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or where the product is defective or not as described.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to customers under the laws of their country or state.

Exchange Policy

Youdiam Jewels offers a Lifetime Exchange option, allowing eligible customers to exchange their jewelry for another product or upgrade at any time, subject to the terms below.

Exchange Value

• Diamond Jewelry: Up to 85% of the current product value, excluding taxes and labor or setting charges.

• The exchange value is based on the eligible value of the product and may vary depending on the condition, specifications, and current pricing of the jewelry.

• Any discounts, promotional offers, store credits, or gift vouchers applied to the original purchase may be deducted when calculating the exchange value.

Important Notes

• The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Youdiam for inspection.

• Any applicable shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes, or other charges associated with sending or receiving an exchanged product may be the customer's responsibility.

• Exchange eligibility is subject to successful quality inspection and verification of the product.

Required for Exchange

Customers should provide:

• The original product

• The original purchase invoice or order information

• The original product certificate, where applicable

If a required certificate has been lost or is unavailable, additional charges may apply for verification or certificate replacement.

Buyback Policy

Our Lifetime Buyback option allows eligible customers to sell their qualifying jewelry back to Youdiam Jewels, subject to inspection and verification.

Buyback Value

• Diamond Jewelry: Up to 75% of the current product value, excluding taxes and labor or setting charges.

• An additional 10% deduction will be applied to the calculated buyback value.

• The final buyback amount may vary depending on the product's condition, specifications, certification, and applicable valuation at the time of the request.

• Any discounts, promotional offers, store credits, or gift vouchers applied to the original purchase may be deducted when calculating the buyback value.

Important Notes

• The product must pass our quality inspection before a buyback can be completed.

• The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Youdiam, including appropriate packaging and insurance where applicable.

• Any applicable customs duties, taxes, bank charges, currency-conversion fees, or other costs associated with an international buyback transaction may be the customer's responsibility.

Required for Buyback

Customers should provide:

• The original product

• The original purchase invoice or order information

• The original product certificate, where applicable

Once the product has been received, inspected, and the final buyback value has been confirmed, payment will be processed using an available international payment method agreed upon with the customer.

Please allow 5–10 business days for payment processing after the buyback has been approved and the final amount has been confirmed. International transfers may require additional time depending on the customer's bank and country.

International Orders

For customers located in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and other international markets, exchange and buyback transactions may involve additional shipping, customs, tax, currency-conversion, or banking requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and payment information and for complying with applicable customs or import requirements when shipping products internationally.

Policy Updates

Youdiam Jewels reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or withdraw this Exchange and Buyback Policy at any time. Changes will apply to transactions made after the updated policy becomes effective.

Any rights that customers have under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected by this policy.
